  • Grizzly Bear is coming to Littleport. Sessions start on August the 9th.
  • New groups for Wilburton and Histon. We are now taking on new groups in Wilburton and Histon. If you would like to get involved either send us an enquiry of call one of our coaches for more info.
  • Wilburton moves to the Rec. We are moving the Wilburton sessions to the Recreation ground, starting on 1st August.

Helpful tips

When dieting, eat plenty of fruit. The natural sugars will help to balance out your blood sugars and stop you feeling hungry.

Work on your technique. The correct technique when exersizing can prevent injury and concentrate on the muscle groups being used.

Work in a group.Working in a such as a bootcamp can help motivate you. It may help you relax whilst not feeling pressured but at the same time, offering competition to push yourself against the bench mark.

Mikey is a former England Roller Hockey Coach. His strengths lay in tailored sports condtioning workouts and he brings the competitive edge to the bootcamp.

Mark has been training for the last 10 years split between some of the most prestigious training venues both in the UK and the Middle East. Mark now focuses on the business side of things and consults on training.
